He is survived by his mothers and fathers, James C. MacKay, Sr., and Elaine MacKay of Marlborough.
Jim is also survived by his kids, Brendan and Erin of Worcester, as very well as his brother, Brian of Marlborough, niece Emily, nephew Ryan and ex-spouse Lynne of Spencer.
